What should be paid attention to in the inspection and maintenance of planetary reducer

Planetary reducer is a transmission device that converts the high speed and low torque of the motor into low speed and high torque. It is a new generation of practical equipment. It has the characteristics of low noise, high torque, high precision and lifetime maintenance free. Planetary reducer is widely used in aviation engineering, medical and health, processing center, automobile manufacturing, environmental protection technology and other fields.

What are the problems to be noticed when disassembling, inspecting and maintaining the planetary reducer?

1. If the planetary reducer has a half coupling, first remove the half coupling, remove the fixing bolt, screw the nut onto the bolt for reasonable storage, and check whether the upper shell is damaged or cracked;

2. If bolts are missing or other abnormal conditions are detected, Jack the upper shell with jackscrew and lift it to the prepared base plate;

3. Measure the clearance of each bearing with feeler gauge or lead wire pressing method. Multiple measuring points of each group of bearings shall be recorded, and the lubricating oil in the planetary reducer shall be drained and stored in a special oil barrel;

4. Take out the driving shaft and driven shaft assembly, mark the meshing position of the gears, put each gear assembly on a dry wooden board, orderly and stably order to prevent collision, and disassemble the bearings and gears of each shaft;

5. When disassembling, be careful not to damage the parts in the equipment. Clean the parts and dry them. If the parts are damaged, replace them in time. Clean the bearing, case and gear with kerosene to prepare for subsequent inspection.

Planetary reducer has high input speed, up to 8000rpm. The high-strength alloy steel is selected. The whole gear is hardened, not only the surface hardening, to ensure the service life and continuous use to maintain the original precision.
