The planetary cycloid reducer is a reduction mechanism with advanced design and novel structure, applying the principle of planetary transmission, and adopting the meshing of cycloid windmill.This reduction has replaced two-stage and three-stage ordinary cylindrical gear reducers and cylindrical worm reducers in most cases.It has been used more and more in military industry, aerospace, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, light industry, food, textile, printing and dyeing, medicine, rubber, plastic and lifting transportation.

The failure of the planetary cycloid reducer is mainly caused by lack of oil, overload, poor installation accuracy, loose screws and damage to internal parts caused by unplanned maintenance.Mechanism failure, component damage and other failures.It can affect the normal operation of equipment, polluted by waste lubricating oil, and cause the entire production line to stop production.Therefore, we must pay attention to maintenance and regular inspections during use.
Common malfunctions:

Shaft failure in deceleration section
Starting from the input section, first check if the motor has a shaft shift, the bearing point is small or the bearing is large.If so, repair or replace the parts that will make the motor reach the sound of normal operation in a single machine, the rotor shaft rotational runout ≤ 0.01mm, based on the center of rotation of the rotor, as measured using a dial indicator The vertical motor between the rotor and the flange surface is ≤0.035mm, and the concentricity with the stop is ≤0.035mm.The same applies to the input shaft and endshield on the input side.

output section failure

1. If the bearing is worn and damaged, just replace the bearing.
2. The pin hole of the output shaft is loose, which can be determined according to the size and strength of the model.Usually, the original hole can be blocked by the following B3 0.015-0.035 interference, and then re-leveled, and the position between the two holes of the matching hole is machined; if machined.If the quantity is larger, you can add the pin holes of the chassis, leave it on, and re-boot and new board after handling and hot-fitting.

3. The output bearing point is worn and the pin hole is loose.If the bearing points are worn, the on-axis lathe can be matched to the four-jaw alignment.The reference point is set on the output shaft positioning set and the unworn isolation set, and the concentricity reaches 0.015mm;

4. After loosening the bearing hole of the engine seat, the wear increases and becomes invalid.The end face and the bottom face can be used for alignment, the verticality is 0.03mm, the stopper is aligned with the unworn bearing hole, and the reaming matching treatment is used to repair the worn bearing hole, and the concentricity is controlled at ≤ tex 0.025mm.

Abnormal rise in temperature
Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of the Zonlong helicoid agent under load does not exceed 45°C.When the temperature rises above 50°C, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.The possible cause of the abnormal temperature rise is the unreasonable lubrication of the transmission part of the machine (especially the arm bearing), or the end face friction caused by the axial force.The oil level and grade should be checked, or the machine should be disassembled for inspection.Phenomena such as napping, gluing and final grinding.
