1. If the bearing is worn and damaged, just replace the bearing.
2. The pin hole of the output shaft is loose, which can be determined according to the size and strength of the model.Usually, the original hole can be blocked by the following B3 0.015-0.035 interference, and then re-leveled, and the position between the two holes of the matching hole is machined; if machined.If the quantity is larger, you can add the pin holes of the chassis, leave it on, and re-boot and new board after handling and hot-fitting.
3. The output bearing point is worn and the pin hole is loose.If the bearing points are worn, the on-axis lathe can be matched to the four-jaw alignment.The reference point is set on the output shaft positioning set and the unworn isolation set, and the concentricity reaches 0.015mm;
4. After loosening the bearing hole of the engine seat, the wear increases and becomes invalid.The end face and the bottom face can be used for alignment, the verticality is 0.03mm, the stopper is aligned with the unworn bearing hole, and the reaming matching treatment is used to repair the worn bearing hole, and the concentricity is controlled at ≤ tex 0.025mm.
Abnormal rise in temperature
