In this way, the excess lubricant that is thrown by the gear on the bearing will flow back to the oil tank in a certain direction through the notch and the oil return tank to avoid the accumulation of lubricant oil at the shaft seal, thereby reducing the possibility of leakage.
Sealant auxiliary : At the joint surfaces of the reducer's end cover and the box, sealant, such as D05 silicone rubber sealant, are usually applied to fill the tiny gaps in the joint surface, enhance the sealing effect, and prevent lubricating oil from seeping out of these parts.
Balanced pressure of ventilation holes : A vent hole is provided on the reducer, which is used to balance the pressure inside and outside the machine. If there are no breathable holes or the breathable holes are blocked, the internal temperature rises when the reducer is running and the pressure gradually increases, and the lubricating oil is prone to leak out of the gap under the action of pressure difference. Through the ventilation hole, the internal pressure can be balanced with the external pressure, reducing the chance of oil leakage.
