FF47-146-0.75KW Reducer Chassis Vibration Repair and Maintenance can be started from the following aspects:
Maintenance method
Check the installation status : Check whether the reducer base is installed horizontally and whether the anchor bolts and other connecting bolts are tight. If the base is uneven, the fixed base needs to be readjusted; if the bolts are loose, tighten in time to ensure that the reducer is installed firmly and the mass distribution is balanced.
Check transmission parts : Check whether the gear has tooth surface wear, glue, pitting, wear deviation, etc. For severely worn gears, they need to be replaced in time. At the same time, check whether the bearing is worn or the gap is too large. If the bearing is damaged, replace the new bearing and ensure the installation is correct. In addition, you need to check whether the sliding keys of the high-speed shaft and the medium-speed shaft are worn out, and whether the pinion coupling bolts on the shaft are loose or broken. If there is any problem, you need to replace the sliding keys and broken bolts to tighten the loose bolts.
Check the motor and load : Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency of the motor are stable, whether the phase is correct, and whether the wiring of the motor and reducer is firm. At the same time, confirm whether the load borne by the reducer is within the normal range to avoid overload operation. If the load is too large or unbalanced, the load needs to be adjusted to meet the requirements.
Analyze vibration data : Vibration analysis instruments can be used to perform vibration analysis on the reducer, find out the frequency components of the vibration, combine the noise characteristics, and judge the source of the vibration in order to more accurately determine the cause of the fault and take corresponding maintenance measures.
Maintenance method
Regularly change lubricant : The lubricant should be replaced again when the reducer is initially running to 400 hours, and the subsequent oil change cycle is about 4000 hours. However, in actual applications, the oil change cycle needs to be adjusted according to the use of the equipment and the working environment. At the same time, the quality and performance of the lubricant should be checked regularly. If it is found to deteriorate or does not meet the usage requirements, it should be replaced in time.
Maintain a suitable oil level : sufficient lubricating oil should be retained in the box, the oil level should be 1/2 of the oil standard, and checked regularly. If the lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be replenished in time; if the lubricating oil is too much, part of the lubricating oil should be appropriately released.
Regular cleaning : During operation, the reducer will accumulate impurities such as dust and oil, which will affect the equipment's heat dissipation performance and operating stability. Therefore, the reducer should be cleaned and maintained regularly to keep its appearance and interior clean.
Daily monitoring : Pay attention to observing the operating status of the reducer during operation. If abnormal sounds, vibrations and other phenomena are found, shut down and check in time. Vibration detectors can also be used to conduct regular inspections of the reducer to detect and deal with potential vibration problems in a timely manner.
