The 7-Stage gear is of relatively high accuracy. Processing method: generating processing on high-precision gear machine tool. Non quenched tooth surfaces are cut with high-precision tools; Hardened gears need finishing (grinding, shaving, grinding, etc.). The tooth surface roughness reaches 1.6.
