BWY15-23-1.5KW pin output cycloidal pinwheel reducer maintenance specifications are as follows:
1. Daily inspection (performed every shift/daily, core inspection of the working condition of the output end of the pin shaft)
Check the sealing parts of the output end (oil seal, flange joint surface), there is no gear oil leakage, there is no looseness in the connection between the pin output shaft and the load coupling, and there is no slippage or fall off of the flat key/locking bolt;
Monitor the operating sound of the reducer. The pin-type output structure transmits force without 'clicking' impact sounds or 'squeaking' noises. The vibration amplitude of the whole machine is ≤0.15mm, and there is no abnormal shaking;
Touch the reducer housing and output shaft end, the temperature rise is ≤40℃ (when the ambient temperature is ≤40℃, the housing temperature is ≤80℃), and there is no local overheating in the matching parts of the pin and the pin hole;
Check the oil level window. The lubricating oil level remains at 1/2-2/3 of the oil level window. There is no emulsification, discoloration, or floating metal debris;
Confirm that the protective cover at the output end is intact, that the pin-type output structure is free of dust and debris, and that the connection parts are complete with anti-loosening washers.
2. Regular lubrication and maintenance (the core is to ensure the mating surface of the pin/pin hole to avoid dry grinding)
1. Change the oil for the first time in the new reducer (key node, remove running-in debris)
After the new machine has been tested for 2 hours with no load and 300 hours with load, drain the old oil completely, flush the inner cavity with the same type of clean gear oil (focus on flushing the pin hole, the mating part of the cycloidal wheel and the output shaft), let it sit for 10 minutes, drain the flushing oil, and refill it with qualified lubricating oil to the specified oil level.
2. Regular oil change intervals
Normal working conditions (continuous operation, clean environment, stable load): every 1500 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first;
Severe working conditions (large dust, moisture, multiple impacts, ambient temperature >40℃): shorten to every 800-1000 hours or 3 months;
3. Lubricating oil Selection and filling requirements
Recommended models: use N220 medium-load industrial gear oil at room temperature (0-40°C); use N150 gear oil at low temperature (-10-0°C), and use N320 gear oil at high temperature (40-60°C). It is strictly forbidden to use engine oil or hydraulic oil as a substitute;
Filling requirements: Stop the machine and cool it to below 40°C before changing the oil. Wipe the filling port and oil level window clean to prevent impurities from entering; the pin hole and the pin mating surface of the pin-type output structure are lubricated by the inner cavity lubricating oil. There is no need to add separate grease to avoid lubrication failure caused by the mixing of grease and oil.
4. Grease replenishment (output shaft bearing/connection part)
The bearing seats at both ends of the output shaft and the shaft extension connected to the load coupling should be replenished with lithium-based grease (No. 2) every 3 months. The amount should be 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity to avoid excessive overflow and contamination of the oil seal.
