The installation of WD250‑53‑V (center distance 250 mm, i≈53, single-stage, V-shaped installation) is carried out according to the standard process of 'Preparation → Foundation and In-place → Centering → Lubrication and Ventilation → Running and Loading ', focusing on rigid foundations, precision centering on double-plane surfaces, correct oil filling and temperature rise monitoring.
1. Unboxing and inspection
Check that the nameplate is consistent with the model; check whether the appearance, oil seal, and ventilation device transportation blockage are intact; count the accessories.
2. Installation environment and basics
Dry and well ventilated, with a surrounding ≥500 mm of maintenance space; ambient temperature -5~+40℃.
Rigid foundation, horizontality ≤0.1 mm/m; use anchor bolts and secondary grouting; first rough adjustment and then fine adjustment.
3. Firm the foot in place
Lifting in place; the foot and flange are not tight at the same time to prevent the body from deforming; gradually tighten to the specified torque according to the diagonal line.
4. Input shaft centering (motor end)
Double-meter method or laser centering; parallel offset ≤0.05 mm; angle deviation ≤0.02 mm/m; measure and record in two planes perpendicular to each other.
Choose a suitable elastic coupling and control the deviation according to its compensation amount and the instruction manual.
5. Output shaft assembly (working machine end)
No hammering; priority is given to using threaded holes/working equipment; guarantee axial freedom of the output shaft without additional axial constraints.
After assembly, the manual wheel should be light and free of jamming.
6. Lubrication and ventilation
Inject oil according to the instruction manual brand and oil level (about 2/3 of the oil window when shutting down); loosen/replace the ventilation screw plug before operation (remove transportation blockage).
If it is V-shaped (side-mounted/top-mounted), the oil level and lubrication method must be checked according to the installation position, and if necessary, force lubrication or cooling should be added.
7. Electrical and Safety
The inlet port of the junction box is facing downward; make sure that the phase sequence and rotation direction are consistent with the working machine; set overload/temperature rise protection.
8. Running together without load
1–3 h, monitor temperature rise, noise, vibration and leakage; temperature rise ≤60 K; abnormal shutdown and inspection.
9. Graded loading and acceptance
25%→50%→75%→100%, upgrade after each stage is stable; check the oil level, temperature rise and connection tightening.
Retain the parallel report, oil level/oil quality record, temperature rise curve and vibration data.
