1. The oil immersion depth adapts to the splash lubrication requirements : This type of reducer is likely to use two-stage gear transmission. The oil pool depth has been accurately measured, so that the oil immersion depth of the final stage gear can be controlled within a reasonable range. Generally, the oil immersion depth is one tooth height and not less than 10mm. It can not only meet the lubrication requirements during gear meshing, but also smoothly bring up the oil to form oil mist and oil flow when the gear rotates, providing lubrication for gears and bearings at all levels. It can also avoid excessive oil immersion, which will lead to excessive oil stirring power consumption when the gear rotates, and prevent insufficient lubrication problems caused by too shallow oil immersion. At the same time, the distance from the top circle of the tooth to the bottom of the oil pool is not less than 30 - 50mm to avoid stirring up impurities deposited on the bottom of the pool when the gear rotates.
2. Oil storage capacity and heat dissipation adaptation working conditions : The volume of the oil pool will be designed according to the output power and transmission load of ZSC350-17.2-2. Generally, the oil volume required for each 1KW of power transmitted is about 0.35-0.7L. Sufficient oil storage capacity can not only ensure uninterrupted lubrication during long-term operation, but also allow the oil to fully absorb the heat generated by gear meshing and bearing operation. Moreover, the oil pool is integrated with the reducer box. The box is mostly made of high-strength cast iron. When the oil circulates in the oil pool, heat can be conducted out through the box wall to achieve natural heat dissipation, maintain stable oil temperature, and avoid excessive oil temperature affecting the performance of the lubricating oil.
3. The structure is conducive to impurity precipitation and oil cleaning : the bottom of the oil pool is mostly designed with an inclined design. Impurities such as metal debris generated by gear transmission and a small amount of dust intruded from the outside will be deposited to the lowest point of the inclined bottom under the action of gravity. At the same time, the design of the oil pool is matched with the oil drain hole at the bottom of the box. During subsequent maintenance, the waste oil containing impurities can be completely discharged through the oil drain hole, which facilitates the cleaning of precipitated impurities, reduces the wear of impurities on the tooth surfaces and rolling surfaces of gears and bearings, and extends the service life of the lubricant.
4. Adapt to multi-stage transmission and oil distribution : In view of its multi-stage gear transmission structure, the oil pool adapts to multi-stage lubrication requirements in terms of overall height and internal layout. The splashed oil can be collected by the oil guide assembly of the tank cover, and then directed to the gears and bearings at all levels. Regarding the possible problem of uneven oil immersion depth of gears at all levels, the spatial layout of the oil pool also reserves an adaptation space for the auxiliary oil-carrying structure, ensuring that in addition to oil-immersed gears, other transmission components can also receive sufficient lubrication.
5. Adaptable box structure facilitates maintenance : ZSC series reducer boxes are mostly of split design. The oil pool is the core part of the lower part of the box and matches the split structure of the box. When the box is disassembled, the inside of the oil pool can be directly exposed to facilitate inspection of dirt, rust, etc. in the oil pool. The corresponding position of the oil pool is equipped with a refueling port and an oil level observation window, which can not only accurately control the refueling amount to avoid abnormal oil levels, but also quickly check the oil level and oil status, greatly reducing the difficulty of daily maintenance.
