During acceleration and deceleration, if the instantaneous torque multiplied by the speed of the output shaft of the planetary reducer exceeds 2 times its rated output torque, and the acceleration and deceleration are too frequent, the reducer will eventually be broken.Given the rarity of this condition, it will not be described further here.


3. Wrong type selection leads to insufficient reducer output.Some users mistakenly believe that as long as the rated output torque of the selected planetary reducer meets the working requirements, it is not.First, the value obtained by multiplying the rated output torque of the matching motor by the reduction ratio is in principle smaller than the rated output torque of a similar reducer provided by the product sample.Secondly, the overload capacity of the driving motor and the maximum working torque required in practice should be considered.Theoretically speaking, the user needs the maximum working torque.It must be less than 2 times the rated output torque of the reducer.


Among them, when using the planetary reducer, we must pay attention to its code of conduct, and at the same time, there are fatal reasons for the lack of wrong choices.When the output of the reducer is too small, the problem of shaft breakage occurs.Cracked shafts on planetary reducers are a common problem.In addition to damage to the reduction shaft due to poor concentricity of the components at the output of the reducer.The above three points are possible causes and problems.
