1. Hammering method.
The hammering method of gear reducer motor is a method of assembly by applying external force to the inner or outer ring of bearing through copper rod or soft metal sleeve with a hammer. This method is applicable to small bearing assembly.
2. Press in method.
Namely, the press is used to replace manual loading for bearing assembly.
3. Heating method.
Place the helical gear reducer bearing in the oil tank and heat it evenly to about 100 ℃. Install it on the shaft immediately after taking it out. During heating, the bearing shall not be placed at the bottom of the oil tank and shall be 50~70mm away from the bottom of the oil tank. The electric induction heater can also be used to heat the bearing, but the gas welding gun can never be used to directly heat and assemble the bearing.
4. High pressure oil injection method.
For large bearings of helical gear reducer or bearings with tapered holes, use oil pumps to inject high-pressure oil into the mating surfaces to form an oil film to reduce the friction between mating surfaces. For this reason, the axial oil path shall be machined on the shaft, the oil groove shall be machined on the journal of the gear reducer motor, and the thread shall be machined at the inlet of the surface oil path to connect with the manual oil pump through the joint. When assembling the gear reducer motor bearing, when the high-pressure oil is injected to the joint surface, the axial force is added to push the bearing to make it in place, and the oil supply is stopped.
5. Remove the bearing with gear motor tools.
Use a two leg puller or a tool to pull the inner and outer rings of the bearing for disassembly. However, it should be noted that during disassembly, the disassembly force should not act on the rolling body of the helical gear reducer, but should act on the rolling body of the rolling bearing on the section of the inner and outer rings, and there should be necessary clearance between the inner and outer rings, and between the raceways. To compensate for errors in the manufacturing and assembly process. And the space for thermal expansion and deformation. At the same time, it is necessary to facilitate the formation of oil film.
